1. General

These terms apply to anyone browsing or using the GameFlow site ("the site"). If you do not agree to the terms — please refrain from using the site.

2. Use of the site

Use of the site is permitted for personal, non-commercial purposes only, subject to the following terms:

• Do not perform actions that may harm the site, disrupt its operation, or overload it.

3. Game content

Games on the site are provided by external content providers and embedded via iframe. Rights to the games, including code, graphics, and music, belong to their creators and distributors. We do not create the games and are not responsible for their content, for bugs within them, or for advertising content shown inside them.

The GameFlow logo, name, design, and code of the site itself belong to us. They may not be copied, duplicated, or distributed without prior written permission. Games — as noted — belong to their creators.

• Damage caused by exposure to content unsuitable for a particular minor — parents are responsible for supervising use.
